Common questions
I can't beat a level
When you lose, the Try Again screen tells you why and what to do next time. From level 3 on, every lost attempt gives your tower 5% more health (up to 15%). The guide in the pause menu shows which defenses each enemy is weak to.
My Gold or Crystals went down
The server verifies rewards. Battles you played offline are verified once you're back online; if the server doesn't accept a result, your balance returns to the server's value. If you see a difference you didn't expect, write to us and tell us when it happened.
The League or Time Rift board is empty
Boards need the internet. Offline you only see your own row; the board refreshes once you're connected.
The rewarded video won't open
Videos are offered from level 4 on, up to 5 times a day, and need the internet. Sometimes there's no video to show; try again a little later.
My progress isn't on my new phone
For now your progress belongs to the anonymous account the game created on that device. When moving an account to another device becomes possible, we'll explain it here.
