How to play

Four roads, two rings, one tower.

Enemies walk in from the edge of the map along the roads, heading for your tower. You build on the twelve slots around it: six on the inner ring, six on the outer. Levels are short and every choice shows on screen.

1Build on a slot

Pick a defense from the tray and tap an empty slot. Two taps, no dragging. The two Hill slots see 20% farther.

2Meet the wave

Every defense has a damage type and every enemy has armor. Blast cracks Armored, Piercing catches Swift, Energy burns Spectral.

3Pick your card

After a wave three cards appear: damage, economy or tower health. Your pick lasts the whole level; one reroll is free.

4Fire the skill

The tower's skill ring fills while a wave is on. Tap it when it's full: stones rain in the Stone Age, lightning jumps six times in the Electric Age.

Lose, and the game tells you why: “Build a Catapult against Armored enemies.” From level 3 on, every lost attempt gives your tower 5% more health (up to 15%).

Damage type × armor

The game's own damage table: ×1 is a full hit. The right defense does twice the work for the same gold.

12 ages

From a hut to a star fortress.

Each age lasts ten levels and ends with a boss. Your tower grows in three stages, four new defenses join your tray and the enemies learn a new trick. The interface never changes; only the age's color does.

Your powers

Skills, Graces, cards and the Workshop.

Defenses alone won't do it. Your tower's own skill, the guardian's Grace, the cards you pick between waves and the lasting upgrades in the Workshop all work together.

Tower skill

Every age and realm has its own skill: 20 in all. The ring fills during a wave; the game picks the targets, you pick the moment.

Grace

The guardian's gift in the realms: Nine Lives fully mends the tower, Thunder Call melts every bit of ice. Once per level.

Cards

Three choices between waves: more damage, more gold or a sturdier tower. The right card turns a hard wave.

Workshop

Every age you clear drops an Age Shard. Spend it in the Workshop to make your tower and defenses stronger for good.

Beyond level 200

The Endless Universe.

Past level 200, ages and realms mix. Each sector pairs one age's tray with one realm's rule: 96 sectors, 14 waves each. The deeper you go, the tougher it gets. How deep can you go?

  • Pick one of two sectors at every depth; the same pairing won't return for 10 depths.

  • A weekly seed: everyone goes down in the same order, and you race a group of 30 in the Depth League.

  • Earn Endless Dust at Rebirth and grow lasting power on the 50 nodes of the Root Tree.

  • Stuck? A free Rescue once per run lets you replay the same sector.

Every day, every week

Time Rift and the Weekly League.

A new rift every day

A new rift opens at midnight, Türkiye time: the day's age, map and rule are the same for everyone. You get a single attempt; even if you lose, you score for how far you got.

  • Score: the gold you earn, the tower health you keep and your perfect waves.

  • Streak: grows with every day in a row.

  • The day's board: the top 20 and your own place.

  • Plays even if the age is still locked: a challenge, not progress.

Weekly League

Every week you're in a group of 30. Level wins and stars score points; the top 5 move up a tier, the bottom 5 move down. Winning an easy level again scores half.

Shop promise

No pressure. Ever.

Kilkule's shop is there for you to support the game if you want to, not to corner you. These rules are written into the game's design, and they hold on this site too.

  • No countdowns

No “Last 2 hours!” timers and no windows built on the fear of missing out.

  • No red warnings

The shop never shouts at you in hurry-up colors.

  • No misleading discounts

No crossed-out prices, no “best value” badges, no inflated percentages. Packs are written as plain numbers.

  • No power for sale

Real money never buys battle power. Crystals are for cosmetics: tower palettes, projectile trails and trinkets.

  • No loot boxes

You always see what you get, and you can try a cosmetic on your tower before you buy it.

  • Nothing to miss

When a season ends, its cosmetics move to the Archive, where you can still get them.

  • Video is your call

Rewarded video only when you ask: it doubles the Gold and XP at the end of a level, up to 5 a day. No ads that interrupt.

  • No blood, no horror

A defeated enemy crumbles into bits of clay, puffs into steam and leaves gold behind.

  • Fair boards

Every battle is replayed on the server with the same game core and verified; the server pays the reward.

  • Plays offline

Defend on the subway or a plane; your results are verified once you're back online.

  • For everyone

Every unit and gauge is labeled for VoiceOver, color never carries meaning alone, and squash-and-stretch turns off with Reduce Motion.

FAQ

Questions

Is Kilkule free?

Yes. It's free to download and play. Optional purchases (Crystal packs, the Founder's Pouch and the Age Path's premium track) are for cosmetics and convenience; Apple takes the payment. The premium track's last tier holds a single Age Shard; apart from that, real money never buys power. Real-money purchases are switched off in the test build.

When does it come out?

Kilkule is in closed testing on TestFlight. When it reaches the App Store, the buttons on this page turn into download links.

Which devices?

iPhones on iOS 18 or later. There's no iPad or Android version for now.

Do I need the internet?

No. Battles play offline. The Weekly League, the Time Rift board and reward checks happen when you're back online.

Do I need an account?

No. An anonymous player account is created for you on first launch; no name, email or phone number. On the boards you appear under a nickname the game gives you.

Is it suitable for children?

Kilkule has no blood and no horror; a defeated enemy crumbles into clay. No real countries, flags, religions or historical war symbols are used, and the mythic figures are guardians who give advice. The App Store age rating will be set at launch.

Which languages?

Turkish and English.

How is my data handled?

We only process what the game needs to work and to stop cheating; the details are in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?
