KilkuleDelete it in the app
- Open Kilkule and tap Settings at the top right of the Age Map.
- Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.
You need an internet connection. Once it's done, the game starts over on this device.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous player account and the nickname the game gave you
- Your level progress, stars, battle results and move records
- Your Gold, Crystal, Age Shard, XP and Endless Dust balances; your Workshop and Root Tree nodes; your Age Path progress; your Showcase cosmetics
- Your Weekly League, Depth League and Time Rift records; your Endless run; your rewarded video records
- The progress and settings on your device (the app resets)
Deletion is permanent and immediate; it leaves encrypted backups within 30 days. For anti-cheat checks, wallet movements and cheat flags are kept for up to 12 months with the link to your account removed, then deleted. The deletion itself is recorded only with a date and a random request number for 24 months.
If you can't reach the app
If you already removed the app, your account stays on the server. Because the account is kept under an anonymous number only, it can be hard for us to find it and confirm it's yours; the easiest way is to delete it in the app before removing the app. You can still email destek@mm-apps.com with the subject “Delete my account”; include the nickname shown on the boards and your rough progress (for example the level you reached). We'll try to find your account, ask for extra confirmation if needed, and carry out the request within 30 days.
